Recently, due to the critical situation of global energy, solar thermal power generation technique is becoming mature. Since 2010, global solar thermal power generation units are growing fast and are already over 4GW. IEA ever estimated that solar thermal power generation will meet 11% of global power requirement in 2050. In new energy family, solar thermal power generation appeared not late than wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation. Our country has already regarded solar thermal power generation as a newly strategic developing industry and established supporting policy. In March of 2012, Ministry of Science and Technology printed and distributed Transform Planning of Solar Thermal Power Generation in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan which points out: in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, solar thermal power generation should be capable of constructing 100MW power station and supplying whole set of equipment. Later, National Energy Administration posed that the installed capacity of solar thermal power generation should reach 1000MW at the end of 2015. Then National Development and Reform Commission and National and the State Council dispatched document to treat solar thermal power generation as newly strategic direction.
