The impact of the new policy on electrovalence

After the electrovalence adjustment is published, we conduct sensitivity analysis of the wind power project completed in 2014. Results show that the feed-in tariff reduced 0.02 Yuan/KW.H, there is an average of about 2% decrease in project capital yields. The higher yield before electrovalence adjustment, the greater of decrease it will suffer. Generally speaking the influence of this electrovalence adjustment is limited. Through the analysis of the wind power project invested in the last two years, the price of wind power units is basically maintained at about 4000 Yuan/ KW. As electrovalence adjustment plan issued in the second half of 2014, enterprises compete to book equipment, the fan is in short supply, price of fan rose by an average of about 200 Yuan/KW. According to calculation, in class I, II, III resources region under the condition of the average cost of 8000 Yuan/KW, when cost rose by 300 Yuan/KW, impact on the internal rate capital of the project is almost the same as the influence of electricity price deceased by 0.02 Yuan/KW.H.
