Desulfurization pump is a pump with corrosion resistance, mainly used for the transmission of corrosive liquids. It is a widely used pump in general equipment pumps.

Slurry circulating pump is one of the most important equipment in the desulfurization system of thermal power plant. The main function is to keep the slurry in the absorber continuously circulating, so that the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is absorbed completely. Slurry circulating pump is a vulnerable parts, mainly due to acidic corrosion of the slurry, wear, cavitation, general slurry pump for about a year, the impeller will replace the new.

The bonding strength of protective layer and the body is 70Mpa, is 3 times the polymer scraping and bonding strength of the coating, there is no erosion fatigue off phenomenon, the protective layer hardness is above HV1100, the wear resistance of silicon carbide polymer is more than 3 times, a large number of dispersed amorphous material in the self reinforced ceramic phase, which has a very high resistance the cavitation erosion resistance, can effectively protect the body from damage of desulphurization pump impeller in the overhaul period, the impeller run always maintain the integrity of the streamlined, efficient, energy saving, low noise and bring a series of benefits to the desulfurization pump.
